About The Chef

My name is Claudia Luna.
I was born and raised in Tucuman, Argentina.
I have lived in many countries, learning their culture, traditions, and cuisine.

Traveling the world with my children—especially through Europe, where my ancestors are from—I perfected some of the family recipes passed down to me.
So many places, so much to share with all of you. I can’t wait!

People say, I cook like Francis Mallmann ...
One of my favorite chefs in the world (and Argentinian, of course).

I cook by embracing the essence of hospitality, focusing on primal and authentic elements: Smoke, Fire, Air, Stone, Salt, Rain, Meat, Wine

Like Mallmann, the King of Patagonia, my approach is simple:
Cooking delicious food, from scratch, pure and authentic.
I just throw something on the grill, in a pan, or into a bowl and create—not to show off, but to pamper my guests with real food and real taste.

Some salt, a hint of garlic, fresh vegetables, succulent meats...
And let’s not forget my desserts:
Decadent, unpolished, and impossible to resist.
